Bequest of a Specified Dollar Amount

Bequest of Specific Property

Proportional Bequest

“I give, devise, and bequeath ______ percent (___ %) of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to the American Near East Refugee Aid (ANERA), a Washington, DC humanitarian corporation located at 1111 14th Street NW, #400, Washington, DC, 20005, for the general uses and the purposes of said institution.”

Residual Bequest

Contingent Bequest

Restricted Bequests

We ask that you include the following language:

“If at anytime the Board of American Near East Refugee Aid (ANERA) should determine that it is no longer practical to use this fund for the above-described purpose, it may be used for other needs of ANERA in advancement of its mission.”
